Shipping policy

Twelve 28 Market LLC does our best to ship products out within 3 business days and a tracking number will be provided. Once the package has been dropped off at the carrier facility, it is out of the control of Twelve 28 Market LLC as to when the package will be delivered. Twelve 28 Market LLC will not be responsible for shipping delays past the estimated ship date chosen by the customer due to carrier staff shortage, weather delays and lost packages.
